Microsoft Visual Basic: Zoom In Function

i want to add a zoom in function into the program.
how can i make it?
is it change the scale of the picturebox~?

it's not work for me~
i think it's because of the ScaleMode~
i using vbTwips not Pixels
it work after i changing to twips
however, it out of bound. it show the desktop icon if i move to the boundary of the picture~
